About me

Welcome! I'm Julia Neesam, an accredited CBT therapist dedicated to helping individuals improve their mental health and well-being.

I specialise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based approach that helps individuals identify and challenge negative thought patterns and behaviors, ultimately leading to healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and acting. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, or other mental health concerns, I work collaboratively with you to develop practical tools and coping strategies tailored to your unique needs.

I believe in a compassionate, non-judgmental space where we can explore your challenges and work together toward meaningful change. My goal is to empower you to gain insight, build resilience, and make lasting improvements in your life.

If you're ready to take the first step toward positive change, feel free to reach out. Let's work together to help you feel better, think clearer, and live a more fulfilling life.

Specialisations:

  • Anxiety and Stress Management
  • Depression and Mood Disorders
