About me
I am a cognitive behavioural psychotherapist and have worked in the NHS since 2008, I help with depression, anxiety and trauma. Sometimes in life we can feel we enter a vicious circle where our thoughts start to overwhelm us and our behaviour changes where we may avoid certain places or escape from situations. We can work together to understand this cycle more and look at strategies to help break the cycle and move forward. I can work with children and adults and can offer online therapy, telephone and text or email therapy. I am passionate to help the client to take power of their future. I work with the client to set goals and help make sense of difficulties. Alongside cognitive behavioural therapy I use compassion focused therapy and mindfulness.
