I am a qualified Person Centred Counsellor. I offer a comfortable environment for you to share what is causing you distress or difficulty in your life. I have a down to earth approach to my work and believe in the importance of you feeling accepted and heard, so you are more able to make changes that you would like to in your life. I work from a humanistic perspective where you have the space to share and to seek the answers you are looking for.
I have worked widely with individuals with addictions, both individually and within groups. I have also worked as a bereavement counsellor and as a counsellor for LGBTQ.
I have been qualified as a counsellor since 2010.
I am able to offer telephone counselling, home visits and face to face sessions in a comfortable counselling room in Stone Cross near Eastbourne.

I regularly attend training courses.
I have many years experience in the Substance misuse field and have previously worked as a bereavement Counsellor and for LGBTQ as well as my own private practice.
I am a registered member of the BACP and abide by the code of ethics.

I am passionate about my work with the LGBTQ community and fully welcome clients who are experiencing distress or need the space to talk about issues relating to gender or sexuality.
My fees are £40 per session. Each session is 50 Minutes.
I make consessions for students in training.
I offer telephone counselling, home visits and also face to face counselling on Saturdays.
