Information about myself and my service
I have worked as a therapist for over 17 years and following on from my BA (Hons) degree, Chichester, I continued to develop my skills and expertise over many years as my interest in counselling grew. I have travelled to the USA to train and extend my knowledge in working with children and families. My most recent training has been in Advanced Developmental Somatic Psychotherapy NY.
I managed a Counselling Service for young people for over 10 years alongside my private practice and now see clients solely in my private practice.

My Fees Per Session
Supervision £75 per 1.5 hours

I offer a professional confidential service and will work on issues in a way that fits best into your life exploring areas that hinder or prevent you from leading a fulfilling and happy life.
In the first session we will discuss boundaries around the work, collect essential information and look at what brings you into therapy.
I am not prescriptive about the number of sessions a client has with me and we will review regularly to check on progress.
