Any situation where people are in relationship can be helped by using Transactional Analysis.
If you are interested in Counselling/ psychotherapy to explore particular issues you may have ( see list), as a means of self development or a means of resolving personal or relationship issues then get in touch to discuss it, in confidence in calm, comfortable surroundings.
As a Mindfulness Teacher I run various Mindfulness courses, some at 3DTA some at the National Botanic Garden of Wales.

Training, qualifications & experience
My Educational experience consists of a Masters Degree in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy, an Honours Degree in Psychology, and a Diploma in Groupwork. I am an PTSTA and Certified Transactional Analyst (Psychotherapy) and the author of '3DTA - an illustrated guide to Transactional Analysis'. I am currently studying for a Masters Degree in Mindfulness Based Approaches at Bangor University.
Prior to setting up my private practice I worked for several years in the field of mental health where I gained experience of working with individuals, couples and groups in NHS Primary Care, rehabilitation and forensic environments.
Currently I run a Counselling and Psychotherapy private practice that has been in operation for over 15 years. I enjoy holding workshops and love being involved in training both in my specialism of TA and in the broader area of Counselling and Psychotherapy and Mindfulness.
The next official Introductory course to Transactional Analysis (TA101) takes place in Feb 2019... contact me on 01558685066 if you are interested or www.jules-therapy.com for more details.
I also offer individual and group clinical supervision to existing therapists, Counselling and Psychotherapy Trainees and practitioners in the helping professions.
I have run therapy groups for several years Group therapy has several advantages in that it costs less than individual sessions and you can benefit from a session even if you decide not to offer any of your own issues.
I am currently offering 8 Week Mindfulness based Stress Reduction Courses. (the next starts in April 2019), In introductory course to Mindfulness starts in February 2019. Later in 2019 I will be offering a Mindful Parenting course.

I don't believe I have the right to determine what anyone can or cannot afford . I therefore charge a flat fee to all clients.
Individual sessions .....£50
Family Sessions ..........£85
I believe that everyone has the right to be happy and reach their potential. Eric Berne the father of TA describes it as becoming the Prince or Princess of the fairy tale rather than being satisfied with being a ‘happier frog’ ! I see my role as assisting people to achieve that potential.
AT the 3DTA Institute we have an open house policy where whatever refreshments are available (the basic essentials like Teas, coffees and biscuits are always there) are there for the use of all our clients, trainees, students, supervisees and workshop participants. Whatever the reason you are attending '3DTA', we want you to feel welcome and part of the 'family'.
While TA was initially developed as a group psychotherapy, and is still used as such, the therapeutic applications of TA focus on providing opportunities for individuals to change repetitive patterns. These patterns, the result of early childhood decisions which in TA are referred to as 'script', limit an individual's potential.
If you are interested in TA look up the website:
Mindfulness links particularly well with TA as the aim and focus of both is to spend more of our time and attention in the present moment. The 8 week MBSR course is designed to provide training and experience in how to do that. If you are new to Mindfulness you might be interested in our 3 week introductory course. Later in the new year I will be also offering a Mindful Parenting course.
