About me

Experienced at working with individuals, couples and families. I provide a caring and supportive environment to help you find your way through any difficulties you are facing. I work with an integrative approach which means that I integrate ideas and insights drawn from different counselling models in order to respond appropriately to the needs of each unique individual, couple, or family. I have worked in this specialism for many years providing support for my clients through difficult times, facilitating change, improving communication and finding ways to move forward. I work with all relationship issues regardless of relationship status, age, gender, sexual orientation, religion or ethnicity.

Common issues brought to therapy include:

  • Work/life/family balance
  • We are arguing all the time - our arguments don’t lead to resolution
  • Our rows have become aggressive
  • We don't seem to talk any more
  • I feel lonely in my relationship
  • We're having sexual problems
  • There's been an affair – what do we do now?
  • We can't agree about how to parent our children
  • Our children have become unmanagable
  • I've decided to end this relationship. What now?
  • How will our children cope with our separation/divorce? How can we help them?
  • Moving on after a relationship ends
  • New relationships and blending families
  • I can't form/keep relationships
