About me

Hi my name is Jude and welcome to my page. I am a UKCP accredited Person-Centred & Experiential therapist offering both long and short term counselling and psychotherapy for adults.

How I can help

I offer a confidential, safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly. As a Person-Centred & Experiential therapist, I believe that we all have the potential within us to change and grow and that by being in a relationship together, we can develop understanding, awareness and insight into the difficulties you are experiencing.

I will respond to your unique needs and explore at your pace what you are finding challenging in your life, whether it be anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement, relationship issues, stress, abuse, feeling stuck or another experience that you are finding difficult.

As well as face to face sessions, I also offer online and telephone therapy.

Therapy room location

For face to face sessions, my therapy room is located on Radcliffe Road in West Bridgford, Nottingham, approximately 5 minutes walk from West Bridgford town centre.

Off road parking is available on Mable Grove and Rutland Road and the main bus routes in and out of Nottingham City Centre operate from outside the therapy rooms.

How to arrange a first session

I am happy to offer a free telephone consultation if you would like to find out more about the way I work and to see if this feels right for you before booking a first session. Please feel free to give me a call or contact me at judeperrytherapy@gmail.com for more information.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
