About me

I am an experienced and  qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP).  I work in accordance with their Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions. I work from a Humanistic  Holistic perspective, which enables the exploration of the whole person, mind, body and spirit. My vision is that we all have the resources needed to heal and make change in our emotional well-being, this may be achieved within the therapeutic relationship which counselling offers.

My exclusive selling point is that change is certain as nothing in life remains the same and when change occurs it is vital that the client has someone alongside them as this is happening.  I deliver and demonstrate a high level of compassionate understanding and I am an individual who works at the client’s pace and is client led.

I work in the field of addiction and  Mental Health industry, working  towards a society that values everyone with mental health problems.

I attend regular training sessions and workshops that apply to the issues I work with and help develop my practice and deepen my knowledge.

I  have a private practice in the Chichester and Hove, which is easily accessible.
