About me
You can expect an empathic, warm, non-judgemental, positive response from me when you attend for counselling or coaching for a very wide range of issues. My therapy room is private, light, airy and comfortable.
Over the last 20 years working as a counsellor I have worked with clients issues encompassing just about every problem a person can find themselves having to deal with in their lives including, anxiety, attachment issues, bereavement, obsessions, OCD, depression, phobias, relationships, family, divorce, couple issues, self-esteem,confidence, self harm, service veterans, stress, trauma, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, work related issues, adoption issues, abuse and mental health problems. I can offer appointments in the day time, evenings and Saturday mornings.

Since qualifying I have supervised all of the volunteer student, and qualified counsellors at Torfaen and Blaina Gwent MIND. I have also supervised people in various occupations and roles in the local area.
