About me

I am an experienced, qualified psychodynamic counsellor and psychotherapist working with individuals and couples. I am part of a group practice in Victoria, Central London - Westminster Therapy Associates.

I see individuals who are distressed by some aspect of their lives and provide a confidential and non-judgmental place to explore what is troubling them. I also work with couples who wish to resolve relationships difficulties. In addition to my private practice I have worked in the voluntary sector with individuals and couples on relationship issues.

Training, qualifications & experience

I trained with Westminster Pastoral Foundation (WPF) which has been one of the leading psychodynamic and psychoanalytic psychotherapy training institutions for over 40 years. I have also completed further training in Couples Counselling.

I hold an Advanced Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Theory and Practice accredited by Roehampton University. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the Foundation for Psychotherapy and Counselling (FPC). I am also registered with the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC).
My work is bound by the codes of ethics of these professional bodies.
