I am BACP registered psychotherapist and counsellor with 7 years’ experience, both in private practice and the NHS I see my clients from my practices both in Hendon North West London and Hammersmith in West London.
I offer a “tester rate” on your first appointment, and I have a few concessionary spaces available.
I am happy to work with you on either short, or long-term basis depending on your circumstances.

I have extensive experience working with young adults, adults and the elderly.
Over the years I have been honoured to worked extensively with people with different life challenges and difficulties , some of this include :
Anxiety, generalised anxiety, relationship issues, depression , Panic disorder,feeling sad, family issues,separation and divorce,affairs and betrayals,low-self esteem and bereavement.
I also have experience working with work- related anxiety and stress and focusing on finding work- life balance.
I have a special interest and knowledge and experience in applying Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and integrating Mindfulness-based CBT,
I also offer Brief solution focused therapy ,which helps to put you in touch with your inner wisdom.
I believe each individual has within them the capacity and tendency to move towards growth and their desired goals, I accompany my clients on their journey towards self-discovery and growth.
I consider it a deep privilege to help each and every one of my clients.
I hold a diploma in therapeutic counselling and I am a registered member of the BACP and work within their code of ethics .

My Therapy room is easily accessible . It's located near Middlesex University in Hendon which is a short walk from Hendon Central Station on the Northen Line. Other close stations include Golders Green,and Brent Cross.Buses 143,326,183,240,113 and 186 all stops within a short walk to my therapy room.
My second therapy room is also easily accessible its in Hammersmith ,Nearest tubes Ravenscourt ( District Line),Hammersmith (Hammersmith & City Line),Hammersmith ( Piccadilly & District) Buses 27,190'266,267,391 & H91 all buses go to Hammersmith Station.
