I offer a “tester rate” on your first appointment, and I have a few concessionary spaces available.

I am happy to work with you on either short, or  long-term basis depending on your circumstances.

Testimonial

"I could no longer see the difference between rational and irrational thinking and it was likely that I would not have been able to remain at work or function effectively. I met weekly with my counsellor to review what has gone well and what still needed work, counselling gave me the time to reflect upon my thought process and develop the right tools to make some positive changes.

I have a special interest and knowledge and experience  in applying Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and integrating Mindfulness-based CBT.

In addition, I offer Brief solution focused therapy ,which helps to put you in touch with your inner wisdom which, you might be disconnected from due to stress and anxiety.

I believe each individual has within them the capacity and tendency to move towards growth and their desired goals, and I am privileged to  accompany my clients on their journey towards self-discovery and growth.
