About me

Are you experiencing Anxiety, Depression or relationship problems? Then lets talk about it.

I am Josie Dale and I provide a private psychological service either face to face, online or via telephone or Skype. My main aim in therapy is to give you a space where you can be yourself, express yourself and equip yourself to overcome your struggles. I walk with you on your journey of recovery, sharing my knowledge, insight, expert training and life's experience.

I am a Psychotherapist specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy, Person-centred and Trauma-Focused CBT. I work with people of all ages. I have extensive experience of working in different organizational settings, NHS Mental Health, Charity Sector and Private practice. I provide an assessment service and treatment for a wide range of problems people face.

I have worked within the NHS and currently work with NGO's in the Modern Day Slavery sector as a Senior Psychotherapist. I am a registered BABCP and BACP practitioner and I love what I do.

I provide a specialist service for victims of Modern day slavery, victims of trafficking, sexual exploitation, domestic servitude, forced labour, bonded labour. This includes Psychological Assessments, Expert Reports, Court appearances, 1:1 psychotherapy, Psycho-educational workshops and group work.

Couples Therapy £90 session

My working hours are flexible and I am available for after hours and weekend sessions, as well as sessions by Skype.
