Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile. I'm a counsellor trained in humanistic counselling, I offer a warm, safe and comfortable environment for you to begin your journey. I truly believe that the relationship between the therapist and the client is the most important aspect of counselling. The therapy that I use is client-driven, making sure that individual autonomy is maintained.
I work with clients to help them in finding their own paths to personal development
and positive change. I'm experienced in working with anger issues, depression, anxiety, self-harm, family and relationship problems and much more.
If you are interested in having a chat about booking an initial session or would like to know more about the counselling that I offer please get in contact and we can organise a time that suits you to talk.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
