About me

I have been working in mental health since 2011 where I first honed my listening skills as a Samaritan. These are the guys that taught me the power of listening. Being alongside another when they needed to talk and seeing real relief through just sharing was an amazing phenomenon that I wanted to pursue further. I qualified as an integrative Counsellor alongside gaining my diploma in addiction counselling and have continued to work in the mental health sector ever since. I truly believe in the powerful nature of the counselling process, and the healing and growth that it can provide is truly amazing. I can help you to:

  • Feel more comfortable about getting your own needs met
  • Drop coping mechanisms that are no longer helpful
  • Sleep better
  • Grow in confidence and feel better about yourself
  • Let go of past guilt and shame
  • Understand yourself better
  • Feel less anxious
  • Find some peace
