Joanne Wright MBACP FLPI MAC - Counsellor & Workplace Coach
Wright Insight Ltd - Always listening - Always Learning - Always Kind
Coaching - Development - Counselling - Conflict Resolution
I specialise in supporting organisations and individuals through stressful and challenging times, where they may feel overwhelmed, unable to see a way forward and need help in deciding their next steps.
As everyone’s problems are unique, I can work with you to help you find the solutions that will work for you. So, you can see a way forward, feel more in control and start to feel more positive about the future.
I have been supporting individuals for over 20 years and my work is always delivered with a strong ethos of support, kindness, and compassion. I am passionate about supporting people and feel there is always a way to improve situations; individuals sometimes just need a little support with the journey to find their own path.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a member of several professional bodies and have been supporting individuals and organisations for many years. I own my own company Wright Insight where I see individual clients, but I also support Mental Health Charities, the NHS and Hospices and many Corporate organisations with wellbeing, development, performance and conflict.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
