About me

We can all experience times when life seems a struggle for us, sometimes we are not even aware of the cause, we just have that feeling of being overwhelmed, stressed or anxious, either at home or at work.

Whatever your reason for considering counselling, my aim is to provide you with a safe, confidential and non-judgemental place to explore your feelings. Working together to find tools that will help you manage things differently.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a qualified and experienced integrative counsellor, working with adults and young people. My training and continuing professional development enables me to use creative work and Mindfulness in order to enhance our work together.

I provide both long term and short term therapy in either Stotfold or Letchworth. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and work within their Ethical Framework.

I am a partner in Four Counties Counselling Service at Stotfold and also work out of the Letchworth Centre for Healthy Living.

I am also a tutor at North Herts College, delivering counselling training for students.
