About me

I work as an integrative Counsellor,  and embody a person centred approach. From this basis,  I can utilise various skills acquired throughout my training to best support my client work through various issues. These include CBT, Gesralt, Humamistic, Psychoanalytic, Transpersonal/spiritual and Existential methodology.

I have worked with clients across the age spectrum and with a whole range of difficulties. These include anxiety and depression, eating disorders/issues, OCD, phobias, bereavement, relational issues, mood disorders, ADHD, concentration and focussing problems.

I have previous experience  working in mental health and currently  work as a Specialist Mental  Health  Mentor at Exeter University.

I am empathic and intuituve and  utilise my knowledge/experience in accordance with each clients individual needs. Each client is unique and I believe no one size fits all, thus I offer a tailor made approach/practice which places the client at its centre.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
