About me

I can help you to be yourself and be happy with who you are. My specialism is work with young people and older children.

I am qualified, experienced and passionate. I genuinely love what I do and have personal experience of how counselling can be a positive experience. I put great importance on our initial contact and how comfortable we feel to work together.

I am registered with the BACP and NCS and work professionally and effectively. I use three main theories in my work and I would be very happy to explain all my training and how I work,  when we meet.

I work with adults, children (8 and over) and Young People. I work in Private Practice and at a Charity for young people as their Counselling Coordinator.

Give me a call, text or email and I'll get back to you, we can have a no obligation discussion about your needs.
