About me
How can I help you?
You may not have a clear idea of why you feel you need help. You may be feeling unease, overwhelmed, anxious, sad, depressed or blocked in some way. I provide a safe space in which to explore your feelings, help you recognise possible unwanted patterns in your life and find a way forward.
My approach is integrative, mindful and practical. Developing a therapeutic working relationship together. Focussing on awareness of 'being' in your life and how that works for you as a whole person; mind, body and spirit as these are essential partners for a balanced sense of wellbeing.
I offer a no obligation initial consultation in which we can discuss what you feel is needed and agree on a way forward.
Seasonal anxieties or SAD (seasonal affective disorder) - the winter months and Christmas can be difficult for many reasons, let's talk about what you need at this time.
Let's talk. I look forward to hearing from you.
