How can I help you?
You may not have a clear idea of why you feel you need help. You may be feeling unease, overwhelmed, anxious, sad, depressed or blocked in some way. There may be no obvious reason for these feelings or there may be a specific situation that you feel unable to change. I provide a safe space in which to explore your feelings, help you recognise possible unwanted patterns in your life and find a way forward.
My approach is mindful and practical. Developing a therapeutic working relationship together. Focussing on awareness of 'being' in your life and how that works for you as a whole person; mind, body and spirit as these are essential partners for a balanced sense of wellbeing.
Length of therapy varies from person to person and also depends greatly on the issues you want to work with. Six sessions is a good starting point; you may feel that you have achieved what you wanted in that time or you may want to address other issues. There is no right or wrong, we go with how you feel.
I offer a no obligation initial consultation in which we can discuss what you feel is needed and agree on a way forward.
It's never too late to make changes, one step at a time.
Let's talk. I look forward to hearing from you.
