Joanna Hutt (Adv Dip CP)
How can I help you?
My approach is practical and focusses on what you need now, at this time in order to move forward.
I facilitate a therapeutic working environment in which to cultivate and commit to achieve personal outcomes and goals in a measurable way; and to draw on resources you already have within you but have forgotten how to access.
For example, are you dealing with anxiety, depression, lack of motivation or feeling overwhelmed at this time? I can help you identify the areas of your self that need attention or development in order to feel better. There could be many areas of your life that are causing unease or just one area. Either way, I can help you tap into and develop your own resilience and resources to pursue the changes you want, and to ultimately help you feel better. This is often achieved with a different perspective.
Length of therapy varies from person to person and also depends greatly on the issue you want to work with. My aim is to help you cultivate an improved mindset and develop a 'toolkit' on which you can draw from now and into the future.
I offer a no obligation initial consultation in which we can discuss what you feel is needed and agree on a treatment plan.
It's never too late to make changes, one step at a time.
Please get in touch and let's talk. I look forward to hearing from you.
