Joanna Hall (Naxton) MBACP BAHons Cert Ed Qualified Private Therapist.
Hello I am Joanna and I am a fully qualified Counsellor and lecturer of Counselling.
Helping you with anxiety and self-injury.
I have experience in helping people with loss and bereavement and I provide one to one bereavement care to help individuals understand and share their grief. I offer a space to find a way to manage grief where a future means living and remembering their lost loved one in a way that is healthy and positive.
I have experience in working with children and adults whereby anxiety and depression have become part of their lives. Helping them to cope with everyday life.
I specialise in working with complex situations such as self -injury, trauma and Learning Difficulties, including children and adolescents.
I work with women and men experiencing the court system and divorce and the feelings associated with this.
I can offer support to those with recent bereavement or unresolved loss from years ago.
I offer relational therapy to make sense of what is happening and provide opportunities for change.
"I work by providing a space to talk and listen without judgement. The way I work means that you will find a down to earth person to meet with you in your toughest moments"
Often people seek counselling because they feel unable to cope and feel low, isolated and not like 'their old self', worried or feel lost. Counselling can and does help with these feelings.
My confidential, discreet counselling service offers access to therapy quickly. You can contact me by text, mobile or email and I will be happy to talk through with you the next step.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
