I believe that we are fully able to overcome these challenges, regain our ability to cope and live a full life.
Counselling can provide a safe space to explore the issues that cause us difficulty. With the support offered in the counselling relationship, we can surmount the problems that get in our way. Having the opportunity to explore issues and find solutions that work will enable us to learn useful coping mechanism and plan a better future.
I use an integrative model in counselling which means I use the approach that best suits the client. I offer short and long term face to face, online and telephone counselling for adults.
My areas of expertise include; sexual abuse, domestic abuse, shame, depression, stress, anger and self-esteem.
