Joanna Clapp, Registered Member MBACP. Counselling and Psychotherapy
Experienced and professional counsellor/psychotherapist for adults, couples, young people over 16, and students.
Anxiety, depression, anger and relationships. Perhaps getting worse over time. Or a more recent worry may be causing stress and feelings anywhere from panic to confusion.
Gaining techniques to manage daily life and revealing hidden patterns from the past are both useful. They will loosen the hold of unwanted situations, and bring about change.
Your sessions with me will allow you to talk freely without burdening others. You'll gain a deeper understanding about yourself and your current situation/relationship so that you have more clarity and find a way forward
A session or two may be all you need, or you can continue longer giving yourself more time. Video or telephone counselling may fit in better with your working pattern or location, or with managing your disability.
Your sessions will give you insight and perspective to make healthy decisions so you feel better.
Concessions and monthly discounts are available, see below.
