About me

I am a fully accredited CBT therapist and counsellor with 16+ years experience of working with adults and young people. All my sessions are personalised to meet the needs of the person I am supporting.

If you are an adult experiencing difficulty with general anxiety disorders, OCD, low mood, trauma, loss and bereavement, low self esteem. Please contact me for an initial conversation to see if you feel I can be of help to you.

I also work with children and adolescents (aged 8-18 years). I am currently supporting young people experiencing generalised anxiety, social anxiety, phobias, OCD, low mood, loss and bereavement.

I am also an experienced mindfulness practitioner and can integrate mindfulness based stress reduction and mindfulness based CBT where appropriate.

I am contactable by email or telephone to discuss your needs.
