I am a fully accredited CBT therapist and counsellor with 10+ years experience of working with adults and young people. All my sessions are personalised to meet the needs of the person I am supporting.

I also work with children and adolescents (aged 8-18 years). I am supporting young people experiencing generalised anxiety, social anxiety, phobias, OCD, low mood, loss and bereavement.
I am also an experienced mindfulness practitioner and can integrate mindfulness based stress reduction and mindfulness based CBT where appropriate.

Counselling sessions - fees negotiable.
Prices for children and adolescents are negotiable.
Concessions for older people also negotiated during the intial meeting.
Sessions will be held in the Community Ogwen, 26, High Street, Bethesda at a time arranged with myself, by telephone or email.
