I am a qualified psychotherapist and an Individual Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I practice person-centred and emotion-focused therapy and have experience working in many different areas including bereavement, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress.
I aim to form an open and genuine therapeutic relationship with you to offer guidance and support with whatever your needs are. I offer a non-judgemental and encouraging style to explore the concerns that bring you to seek counselling.

I am currently working as a Counsellor based in the NHS Counselling Psychology Service within ABMU, which as part of its work, offers bereavement support to patients. This experience has provided me with the skills of working with a range of different client issues and approaches and I will draw from these to provide the right support for what you need. I hold an enhanced certificate from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), ICO registered and I am insured to practice.
