I am a qualified psychotherapist and an Individual Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I practice person-centred and emotion-focused therapy and have experience working in many different areas including bereavement, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress.
I aim to form an open and genuine therapeutic relationship with you to offer guidance and support with whatever your needs are. I offer a non-judgemental and encouraging style to explore the concerns that bring you to seek counselling.

I have over 2 years experience of working as a Counsellor at the Counselling Psychology Service within ABMU, which as part of its work, offered bereavement support to patients. This experience has provided me with the skills of working with a range of different client issues and approaches and I will draw from these to provide the right support for what you need. I hold an enhanced certificate from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), ICO registered and I am insured to practice.
