About me

I am a qualified psychotherapist and an Individual Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I practice person-centred and emotion-focused therapy and have experience working in many different areas including bereavement, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress.

I aim to form an open and genuine therapeutic relationship with you to offer guidance and support with whatever your needs are. I offer a non-judgemental and encouraging style to explore the concerns that bring you to seek counselling.
