Jo Trickett Psychotherapist/Counsellor/Couples Therapy + Supervision Fm £50
As a BACP Accredited psychotherapist/counsellor, I offer A warm welcome in a safe confidential environment. I am also a counselling supervisor, trainer and mediator offering support for individuals, couples and young people. At some point we may all experience difficulties or emotional distress. My aim is to offer a safe and confidential space to uncover issues or assumptions that are causing distress. Taking the time to rediscover yourself knowing that you will be supported and heard can help you explore the issues you have and help you implement any changes you wish to make.
Often close friends and family offer advice and support however, Counselling is a unique relationship to be heard non-judgementally, emphatically and sensitively, to be able to discover what feels right for you.
When you engage in therapy, you are giving yourself something of value. The fee is a statement about your importance to yourself, as well as being a source of my livelihood.
