About me

I am a qualified Attachment psychotherapist and counsellor and highly experienced Supervisor and Trainer.

As a BACP Accredited psychotherapist/counsellor, I offer A warm welcome in a safe confidential environment. I am also a counselling supervisor, trainer and mediator offering support for individuals, couples and young people.  At some point we may all experience difficulties or emotional distress. My aim is to offer a safe and confidential space to uncover issues or assumptions that are causing distress. Taking the time to rediscover yourself knowing that you will be supported and heard can help you explore the issues you have and help you implement any changes you wish to make.

Often close friends and family offer advice and support however, Counselling is a unique relationship to be heard non-judgementally, emphatically and sensitively, to be able to discover what feels right for you.

I offer attachment psychotherapy,  to young people, adults and couples experiencing relationship issues, from my private practice in Hazlemere, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.  As an alternative to face to face counselling, I offer sessions remotely by telephone or video.

I specialise in postnatal depression, but have worked with many couples and individuals experiencing:-

I offer telephone or on-line counselling for anyone who cannot access one to one counselling.  I have experience of life as an ex-pat and offer counselling to English Speaking clients in Spain, France and Europe.

I work long-term and short-term depending on each persons needs.

As a trained supervisor I am able to offer counselling supervision for experienced and trainee counsellors. Clinical supervision is necessary to ensure ethical and competent practice.  I believe as with counselling, it is the relationship between supervisor and supervisee that is the vehicle for effective supervison.  I  provide a  balance of support and challenge  to facilitate ethical practice and facilitate  personal and professional development of the counsellor whilst keeping a clear focus on the needs of the client.

If you are looking for a Supervisor, Counsellor or Psychotherapist or an experienced and reliable trainer for your organisation, please contact me.
