About me
I'm accredited with a Level 5 Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practice, and years of experience as a person-centered counsellor and hypnotherapist.
If you're experiencing anxiety or depression, stress, low self-esteem, low self-confidence or are feeling sad and stuck and want something to change, I'm a qualified, committed professional willing to offer you a tailored therapeutic relationship.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Everyone is different so it's hard to pinpoint how much time together we'll need. We would aim to meet regularly at a set time - each session is 50 mins and is often scheduled at a set time to help keep momentum and consistency.
