I am an experienced Psychotherapist offering counselling and psychotherapy in Winckley Square, Preston.

My professional background spans over 20 years in Women's Health as a Community Midwife before graduating in Psychotherapy.

Postgraduate Diploma: Professional Integrative Psychotherapy.

My approach to therapy is 'relational', 'humanistic', 'integrative'.

A 30 minute consultation is offered free of charge - this will allow us to meet and to see if we can work together to address your concerns.

Subsequent sessions last 50 minutes at a cost of £60

Couples therapy sessions last 1 hour at a cost of £70

A fee reduction is offered to counsellors/therapists in training (£50)

Further information

Alongside the private practice in Preston, I work as a therapist at Lancashire Women's Centres; voluntarily in a Preston drop-in centre for the homeless; and continue academic commitments at the University of Central Lancashire.
