About me
Hello, 'we all need somebody to lean on' at those times in our lives when things become tough. When you are unable to speak to a family member or confide in a close friend, then by coming to counselling, it can be an alternative to your loved ones. But there is a difference! It is confidential and supportive and helps you to if you like, self analyse in your way. Just by talking about and mulling over any emotional difficulties, may help you to move on and carry on with your life in the way that you know best. I am not here to judge you in any way instead, I am here to support, guide and help you.
I have a main way of working that is drawn from an integration of the humanistic and CBT models but does also incorporate the psychodynamic principle of the unconscious mind and our deep-rooted feelings and memories and at how these affect our emotions and our behaviour's.
