As a Systemic Psychotherapist I offer help with a wide range of individual, couple and family issues. I am also trained in Advanced Integrative Therapy, a specialist intervention for the treatment of trauma, and I hold a certificate in Non Violent Resistance an intervention which addresses child or adolescent to parent violent, controlling and harmful behaviours. I am registered with the UKCP College of Family, Couple and Systemic Therapy and Care Council for Wales and I am also a member of the Association of Family Therapy and Systemic Practice. I work part time for the NHS as a Family Therapist alongside having my own independent therapy practice.
I can offer you help with coping with the impact of depression, anxiety and trauma, practical help to reduce conflict in relationships and improve communication and support to increase satisfaction and intimacy in close relationships.I practice from my home where I offer a quiet, comfortable therapy space. I practice in accordance with the UKCP and Care Council for Wales codes of practice and ethical guidelines.
Fees: £45 for an individual, £50 for a couple or for a family group. Sessions last for an hour and are available Monday,Tuesday and Friday during the day or Monday through to Thursday evenings (subject to availability).
I am 2 mins drive from the M4 and A470, 5 mins walk from Coryton train station and on a main bus route. Parking is available nearby.

I have many years of experience working with individuals, couples and families and I work within the NHS currently and have experience in Local Authorities and with small and large voluntary sector organisations within Wales.
