Jill Farrow Relationship/Couple and Sex Therapist MBACP Accred COSRT
If you are scrolling through all these profiles you are looking for some help and support.
It is so hard to know what help and support you need when you are in a difficult place.
Sometimes it helps to pick up the phone and hear the persons voice or have an e mail conversation, sometimes you just want to book an appointment and meet that person face to face.
I have worked as a therapist for 20 years, in education, the NHS and now private practise. I have worked with 1000's of clients, young people, adults and couples, who come to see me for a wide range of issues. Such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, separation and divorce, low self esteem and lack of confidence. As I have additional qualifications in relationship and sex therapy I also see men and women who have sexual concerns.
All of these people have one thing in common, they are brave and courageous, they do not want to stay in the situation they are in. They want to change, to explore why and how they can make that happen.
So they book that first appointment however anxious and fearful they feel. When they arrive at my door thay are still feeling anxious and fearful, but they come in and sit down. Before they know it the time is over and they have experienced a therapy session. It might of been difficult, it might of been painful, but not quite as scary as they thought. They feel relieved they have told some of their story and they think about booking another session.
