About me
As an integrative counsellor, I offer a warm, confidential space where you can talk openly and feel heard. I draw on a range of therapeutic models in order to tailor my approach to your individual needs.
You may be coming to counselling with a specific concern, like a difficult relationship, a loss, or an emotional struggle, or perhaps you're not quite sure what's wrong, but you know something doesn't feel right. Whatever brings you here, counselling provides a space to begin making sense of your experiences.
I aim to build a collaborative and supportive relationship with you, where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, process difficult experiences, and move towards greater self-understanding and wellbeing. I work in a trauma-informed way, with an understanding of how past experiences can shape how we feel, relate to others, and manage day-to-day life.
Sessions are available in-person, online, or by telephone, and can be either short-term or open-ended depending on your needs.
