CBT therapist & EMDR therapist BABCP/BACP accredited

About me

Hello, I'm a cognitive behavioural psychotherapist and EMDR therapist experienced in working with a range of mental health difficulties in a collaborative and goal focused way.

The difficulties I usually work with are:

  • OCD
  • Depression
  • Worry and anxiety
  • Phobias
  • Panic and agoraphobia
  • Social anxiety
  • Low self esteem
  • Worry about health (health anxiety)
  • Complicated grief
  • Trauma

However, if you don't feel you fit into any of those headings I offer a free first assessment where we will discuss your difficulties and decide if a CBT approach or EMDR could help you.

We review your progress through-out the work we do to make sure there is positive change and improvement to your well being that is in line with your expectations.

I'm accredited with the BABCP and BACP and I worked for many years in primary mental health for the NHS as a CBT therapist and EMDR therapist. Recently I have moved into the private health care sector and private practice.

I work face to face or by 'phone or video call for those who prefer or for those who would have to travel a long way to attend face to face.
