About me
Many people struggle in silence with sexual concerns - whether it's loss of desire, difficulties with arousal or orgasm, painful sex, sexual compulsivity, or shame around sexuality. These challenges can feel isolating, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. I work collaboratively and sensitively to help you understand what's going on beneath the surface and to move towards greater connection, confidence, and pleasure in your intimate life.
I’m a counsellor and a trainee Psychosexual therapist, offering a warm, confidential space to explore issues around sex, intimacy, relationships, and identity. I bring experience from my earlier work with gambling addictions and general counselling, which deepened my understanding of how our behaviours, bodies, and emotions are often closely linked.
I support clients with a wide range of issues but I’m especially passionate about creating a space where sexual wellbeing can be talked about openly and without shame. My approach is integrative and tailored to each person - I believe therapy works best when it meets you where you are.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have been working with clients since 2019. I started out working with those struggling with their gambling habits and then I moved onto general counselling allowing me to see clients from all walks of life.
More recently, I have been working with those who want to explore issues around sex, intimacy, relationships, and identity. I look to work with you to explore and concerns or issues you may have and work towards a more fulfilling and healthy sex life.
