About me
Hello, I am an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT). I have been working in the NHS since 2014, specialising in working with adults and children with depression and anxiety disorders (for example PTSD, Social Anxiety, OCD etc). I have an interest in attachment, and trauma.
Additionally I am a counselling psychologist in training. Therefore I offer an integrative approach to therapy.
I offer a free consultation of fifteen minutes as an initial screening to understand goals, and hopes for therapy to make sure you can sense if this therapy and our therapeutic relationship is right for you.
Thank you for visiting my site. It can be quite daunting finding a therapist that suits you, so I hope you are able to find a therapist that does.

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The BABCP is the lead organisation for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the UK. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the practice, theory or development of CBT. BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists. BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.
