About me
I am a trained Person-Centred Counsellor and a trained mental health nurse. As I am dually qualified, I feel my experience can support you holistically, supporting you to explore any issues in an open way. As a person-centred counsellor, I believe in focusing on the needs of the individual and that you are the expert in your own life. My role is to walk beside you and together explore what has brought you to counselling. I am registered with the NCPS.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a trained Person Centred Counsellor. I have had bereavement training with Cruse. I have experience in domestic abuse and I have been a mental health nurse for 25 years.
I am currently working towards a diploma in trauma and CBT in bipolar and psychosis- the first year of this is anxiety and depression.
