About me

Therapy for You

Thank you for considering therapy with me. I understand how taking the next step to find a therapist can be daunting, feel overwhelming or scary. I welcome these emotions compassionately and with understanding.

I am a warm, empathic, respectful and considerate therapist, who holds a passionate view on providing a professional service, which satisfies your unique needs. I practice from a relational, humanistic and integrative lens, valuing our time together and honouring your investment to your wellbeing. Therapy is your space to feel safe, supported and to bring whatever issues you would like, to be worked through at a pace that is right for you.  I believe you deserve the therapeutic time with me to feel valued, fully heard and supported. I will journey with you to better health, in order to be at peace with your struggles, with added life fulfilment and clarity.

Affordable, High Quality Counselling

I offer affordable counselling to enable therapy to be more accessible, despite being a highly qualified, effective and experienced therapist. Standard sessions last 50 minutes and are offered on an open ended basis. I welcome short term and long term clients, adapting to suit your needs. Sessions are charged at £40 and I hold a number of concessionary spaces for clients with low income, OAP's, students, trainee counsellors and those who find themselves unemployed.  I offer my affordable therapy sessions in line with my personal values, limiting restrictions by promoting increased access to high quality therapy.

I currently offer sessions at Fusion Counselling & Psychotherapy in person or via phone/online on a Tuesday between 9am and 7pm.

Next Steps

If you would like to find out further information or to book an initial therapy session, please feel free to contact me via phone call or e-mail. I am happy to answer any questions you may have.  With an understanding of how daunting starting therapy can be, I offer a free 20 minute phone call conversation for you to feel empowered in your choice, with no pressure to commit. I look forward to hearing from you.

Member organisations

BACP

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
