Jess van der Hoech
In response to the lack of trauma treatment provision in the Bedfordshire area, I have founded 'The Gap (Bedfordshire) Ltd.' which is a service that provides specialist trauma treatment therapy to adults, children and young people.
I am trained to work with complex trauma and dissociation in children and young people and provide education to parents, carers and professionals on this subject in order for ways to move forward to be found.
I have co-written 'What a Muddle' with Dr. Renee Marks which is a therapeutic workbook for children who struggle with emotional regulation and most recently 'These Three Words' has been published, which is a therapeutic novel for teenagers who are living with anxiety. Both titles can be found on Amazon.
