About me

Life isn’t always easy and it comes with many challenges we aren’t always ready or equipped to take on. Sometimes we need support to help us grow and move forward.

The relationship between client and therapist is an important part of the process and it is said that this plays a large part in the healing, self-discovery and development of the client. Counselling is a confidential partnership where you can explore emotions and experiences that are causing you difficulty. A counsellor can support you to look at new prospective and ways to grow through difficult times.

I have been practicing as a counsellor since 2014 and currently seeing clients in south east London. I work with a diverse range of people who are experiencing different life challenges.

I am an integrative counsellor which means that I draw from different models and theories of counselling depending on the needs of the client. I create a warm and accepting environment where clients can explore their feelings and thoughts in a free and non judgmental way.

If you would like to find out more about my approach or book an initial consultation session, please contact me.

I also run a fortnightly men's group (The Brother's Circle)

My experience with working with men has let me know how difficult it is for men to reach out and ask for support. societal and cultural pressures are put on men to behave in a certain way. Men have been conditioned not to talk about the difficulties they face and to repress their feelings.
I have worked with men from various backgrounds. The Brothers Circle aims to change that way of thinking and to support men to live a more satisfying life. Check out the website for more details
