About me

My name is Jenny and I'm a fully qualified and accredited Psychotherapeutic Counsellor based in the Eynsham and Witney area.

I provide integrative counselling on both a short and long term basis to manage and treat a wide range of issues that people face in everyday life. For whatever reasons you may seek counselling I provide a supportive, understanding and non-judgemental space where you are able to freely open up about your feelings and experiences in confidence.

Maybe you are facing challenging times in your life and struggling to cope. Maybe you just want to understand yourself a bit better, or you don't know which way to turn. Talking through your issues and feelings can sometimes enable more clarity in your life, to enable you to achieve those changes that you desire. It can also enable you to work through those difficult experiences.

Coming to counselling can be a daunting prospect for some, but feel assured that you will be provided with a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to freely explore your feelings and issues.

Working with individuals I can offer counselling on a short or long term basis, each session lasting 50 minutes. I am happy to offer sessions online, on the telephone or face to face.

Please feel free to contact me on 07990 750520 or via email.

You can contact the counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
