Hi, my name is Jenny. Let me start by saying that I understand coming for counselling can often feel like a big step so I aim to provide you with a comfortable, safe and confidential place to explore your thoughts and feelings.
I'm based in Benton, Newcastle. My practice is easily accessible by public transport (only a couple of minutes walk from Benton metro). I offer flexible appointment times including some evenings and weekends. Face-to-face or Skype sessions.
Your first session will be at a discounted rate of £20.
I am flexible in my approach, using a range of skills including person-centred and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) depending on your individual needs.
I work in accordance with the BACP's ethical principals which can be found here: http://www.bacp.co.uk/ethical_framework/ethics.php
