About me
As a fully qualified and accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT), I specialise in helping individuals navigate and overcome a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Using evidence-based techniques, I work collaboratively with you to identify unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours, develop effective coping strategies, and empower you to achieve lasting change.
Whether you’re seeking tools to manage daily challenges or support through a particularly difficult time, my approach is warm, non-judgmental, and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we’ll create a safe space to explore your concerns and work toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
I offer online sessions, providing flexible support that fits your schedule.

Training, qualifications & experience
I graduated with distinction in July 2024, after completing my postgraduate diploma at the University of the West of Scotland in November 2023. I currently work as a CBT therapist and also facilitate groups for individuals experiencing alcohol addiction, as well as providing advocacy support for them.
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The BABCP is the lead organisation for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the UK. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the practice, theory or development of CBT. BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists. BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.
