Just talking about your feelings could be helpful. Counselling can be an opportunity for us to explore the emotional difficulties you may be experiencing. I believe that given sufficient support and the right environment, you’ll be able to resolve issues and find a solution to the challenges you face.
I’m a qualified Counsellor, with a holistic approach. I offer confidential talking therapy in a safe, relaxed environment. I'm trained and experience in bereavement counselling, relationship issues, redundancy and everyday issues that can become overwhelming, such as getting married, moving home or changing career.
I work in a person-centred way; exploring how the world is for you and how you feel. In the therapy room, you are the expert in your thoughts and feelings. I’ll listen without judgement and accept you for who you are.
Counselling can be an opportunity for you to try to understand why you’re feeling what you’re feeling, or find a different way of coping, or start knowing yourself, and that’s done through our therapeutic relationship.
Sometimes, to be able to make changes you need self-awareness and self-acceptance and counselling can be useful for that process. We can work together to enable you to accomplish change.
Sessions are available on Fridays between 8.30am and 8.00pm
I only work with individuals over 18.
