About me

Are you someone who is struggling?   I understand how overwhelming life can feel at times, especially when anxiety, low mood, or navigating the world as a neurodivergent person adds unique challenges. My role as your counsellor is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and supported.

I have extensive experience working with neurodivergent clients and those experiencing anxiety and low mood. Whether you’re struggling with daily stress, feeling stuck in negative patterns, or seeking to better understand yourself, I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll work to unpack your challenges, build resilience, and uncover tools to help you thrive.

As an integrative counselor, I draw on person-centered, CBT, and psychodynamic approaches.  In addition to creative methods to tailor my support to your unique needs. This means we can explore your past experiences, focus on your current challenges, and use creative techniques to express and process your emotions in ways that feel most natural to you. My flexible approach ensures that therapy is shaped around you, empowering you to take control of your healing journey.

Therapy is a collaborative journey, and I am here to walk alongside you with empathy and understanding. If you’re ready to take the next step toward a brighter, more balanced life, please reach out—I’d be honored to support you.

What will sessions look like

I offer a free 20-minute call so we can explore if we’re a good fit to work together. Whether you’re seeking face-to-face, online, or phone sessions, I provide a supportive and flexible environment. Sessions are £60 per hour, and I offer both short- and long-term work depending on your needs. If this is your first time considering therapy, I understand it can feel daunting—please feel free to ask any questions to help you feel more at ease.

For an informal talk, with no obligation, please feel free to either give me a call or email.
