About me

Hi, I’m Jem. I’m a they/them (but I’m easy going about it if people find that confusing). I’m a COSRT registered sex and relationship therapist. I take a pluralist approach which means I adapt the way I work to meet the client in front of me. My influences include person-centred counselling, CBT, mindfulness/Buddhist teachings, parts work, and life coaching.

I work with people of any sexual orientation, gender identity, relationship structure and way of life. I have training and lived experience with kink/BDSM, Consensual Non-Monogamy, Trans/Non-Binary Identities and Sex Positive Culture.

I offer a relaxed and non-judgmental space to get into the depths of your sexual and relational life and to transform the challenges into gold. I’ve worked with a whole range of issues including erection problems, early ejaculation, difficulties with orgasm, desire discrepancy in couples, communication difficulties, and attachment issues to name a few.

I have a strong, and long-standing somatic meditation and movement practice which informs the quality of presence that I bring to this work.

In my spare time, I produce community events with my mobile sauna and play music with friends. I love dancing and nature.

I am a Registered Member of the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT).
