Jeanne Skipper MBACP (Accred) UKRCP
Finding the right counsellor is an important start to overcoming emotional or distressing events you may be facing. I am a qualified, experienced counsellor offering a relaxed and friendly approach in confidential and quite surroundings. Sometimes you need someone outside of your family and friends to listen without judgement while you unburden your worries and anxieties and help you to put prospective back into your life.
Together, we will look at your past and present to help you recognise why these issues may have arisen and explore the choices and actions needed to overcome your difficulties. Counselling will empower you, restore your confidence and self worth giving you a clearer vision of the way forward to a more positive, meaningful life.
I understand how difficult it can be to 'fit in' time to look after yourself and I am willing to offer evening, weekend and daytime appointments to fit in with your lifestyle. Please phone or email me and let me help you make that first step towards a happer life.
