Jayne Ropelato, MSc (Psych)
Jayne is an experienced qualified counsellor and member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy who works using an integrative and transpersonal approach. She works in Seven Sisters and London Bridge.
Everyone can benefit from counselling at some point in their life. Whatever you may be struggling with, counselling can help address the causes and the consequences.
Jayne also supervises counsellors at the Psychosynthesis and Education Trust (PET) low cost counselling service and works as a training supervisor for the PET Post Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling.
Sessions last 50 minutes. The number of sessions you may need will depend on your circumstances. If the decision is taken to work together after the initial consultation, Jayne would arrange an initial contract of 6 weekly sessions and the work will be reviewed after that time.
