There are times we may feel unable to cope with:
- relationship issues
which can make us feel overwhelmed and with these situations that arise in our lives we may find it difficult to discuss such problems with family or friends.
I am a qualified Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and Counsellor working in both private practice and as a specialist addictions counsellor. I also lecture at Hertford Regional College in Counselling Skills.
My work is based on looking at the unconscious processes that may affect how we relate to, and/or deal with life's up's and down's.
I work placing value on individuality and diversity taking into consideration different cultural and social backgrounds, as well as sexual orientation and disability, these are all important areas that may impact on our sense of self.
Training, qualifications & experience
