About me

Are you experiencing bereavement, loss, anxiety , depression, loss, or just feelings that you can’t understand?

Many people come into counselling not knowing where to begin, and that's OK, because that’s where I come in.  I am here to offer you support, and help you find the answer to, or acceptance of, your individual experience.

From our first contact, I always strive to help you feel at ease, as I realize that starting counselling can often be quite daunting, and taking that first step to make contact can feel nerve wracking.

I use many different types of counselling depending on my clients needs, one of them is called ‘person-centered’ this means that this type of style is non-directive, and I value your worth as an individual.  I am receptive of the way you are as a person and respectful of your beliefs, behaviors, personal choices and past experiences.

My commitment to you is to offer a warm, safe, and confidential environment, where working at your own pace, I will challenge you appropriately, and considerately.  Creating a space in which you can be free to express, explore, and reflect on the difficulties you are experiencing, with the sole aim to facilitate your self-awareness and personal development, helping you, become the person you want to be.

Person-centred therapy is widely used in the UK and is known to be very effective: with clients continuing to experience positive change and growth after therapy has finished.

I will be happy to hear from you - 07918963851.
