About me

I offer counselling services to children, young people, adults and couples. I am a qualified, experienced and fully insured person centred counsellor,  a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, a creative therapy practitioner, a Clinical Supervisor and a registered member of NCS. I have had  DBS and received NCC Safeguarding training.

Additional information

On the first visit we will discuss what your hopes and expectations are of counselling and how I can meet your needs and if we feel we can work together.

£25 for an introductory session lasting approximately 30 minutes

£50 per hour for 1:1 sessions

£60 for couple counselling.

Appointments are flexible. I am available evenings as well as weekdays during the day.

I work from home, which is in the NR12 region, using on line video call and my preferred method is Zoom and I also offer face to face. I can offer 30 minute zoom or face to face consultation session which costs £25, and in that we can discuss what it is you are looking for from counselling and how we might work together
