About me
I offer counselling services to children, young people, adults and couples. I am a qualified, experienced and fully insured person centred counsellor, a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, a creative therapy practitioner, and a Clinical Supervisor . I have had DBS and received NCC Safeguarding training.

On the first visit we will discuss what your hopes and expectations are of counselling and how I can meet your needs and if we feel we can work together.
I offer an initial free telephone conversation
£50 per hour for 1:1 sessions
£60 for couple counselling.
Appointments are flexible. I am available evenings as well as weekdays during the day.
If you are calling on a withheld or private number leave your name and number on my voicemail and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
I work from The Poppy Centre in Stalham, which has a very pleasant , private and secure room. The Centre has parking and excellent disable access. I also offer sessions by video call and my preferred method is is Zoom .
